DELIVERY & ORDER
Delivery times are between 12 and 15 working days * in France and 18 to 20 working days in Europe, and are provided by your local Post Office.
The start of the countdown of delivery days is effective after dispatch, which is carried out within 72 hours after the order.
We invite you to track your order directly on our site.
* Some of our products are stored in France, which allows us to offer you delivery within 4 working days.
Once the order has been shipped, the delivery person is solely responsible for it.
You will find your tracking number directly on your order confirmation page.
You can also track your order on our Order Tracking page once you have the tracking number.
Our shipping costs are €2.50. They are free for purchases over €50.00.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left and you can collect your parcel from the nearest post office.
As our products are stored in different warehouses, it is possible that you will receive part of your order in advance.
We ship your orders from different international warehouses (USA, Canada, China and France). Since Paw Patrol is international, our inventory is spread across multiple fulfillment centers around the world so you can receive your order faster. This means that orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next.
Please do not be alarmed if you do not receive all your items at the same time, as the others are on their way as well. If you do not receive all your purchases within 20 working days, please contact us to investigate your shipment.
Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after it is updated. Therefore, if you cannot find tracking information about your package, please try in 1-2 days later.
It happens that a delay is possible. We are currently facing several delays related to the multiple strikes in France.
Please wait a few more days. If after 1 week you have not received your order, send us a message from our contact page so that a customer service member can assist you.
Your shipment may be delayed for several reasons. Common delays may be due to, for example, weather incidents, customs or postal delays.
As a general rule, shipments are made within 72 hours.
Your packages will arrive in your mailbox, at your local post office's opening times.
If your package is too large, it will be delivered to you in person.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left, and you can collect your parcel from the nearest post office .

CANCELLATION & RETURN
You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund or exchange. After this period, we will no longer be able to respond to your request.
You must wait until you have received your package before requesting a refund.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be made between 7 and 14 business days, depending on the payment method used.
Please contact us by email before making a return, in order to discuss the terms. Please note that no request made outside of this space can be taken into account (social networks, phone call, etc.).
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.
Only requests made by email or on our contact page are acceptable.
Please contact us within 6 hours after placing your order . If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make any changes to your order.
You can only cancel an order if it has not been shipped. We recommend that you contact us by email within 6 hours of placing your order to cancel its shipment.

Please note that you will be refunded the entire order within 10 to 14 days depending on your payment method.
If you received a defective/damaged item, please contact us by sending us an email to let us know your problem and remember to attach photos/videos to help our customer service representatives process your request.

The value and shipping information is printed on a sticker on the outside of the package when your order is shipped.
We will mark the package as a gift for our customers. But duties and taxes are calculated and charged by your country's customs officials. As such, they are beyond our control.
As an importer of goods, you are responsible for any duties, taxes and other charges your country chooses to impose on importation.
Since fees are assessed individually by your country's officials upon importation, we are unable to provide an estimate of the customs fee amount.
Fees vary from case to case. Instead, please try contacting your country's customs officials to get a better idea of how much the customs fees will be for your order.
No. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all taxes. You do not have any additional costs when placing your order.
